Thank you for teaching me SO much about how to defend myself and others during the Fall 2012 Self Defense class at Sonoma State University.

My son-in-law sees a difference in how I carry myself in the world now, and he would like to participate in your classes as well.

Your skill and encouragement helped this 63yr-old female to feel more confident; aware of who and where I am in the world; and to be in better physical / mental / emotional / spiritual health.

I am deeply thankful to have been in your class!

Sincerely,
Mary Walker Durand

Full Circle is a great experience - I remember in 1994 being in Jody's dojo in Rohnert Park having a great time learning all the things he showed me and my brother. Now that I found him again this is where my daughter will learn!

Thank you for the fun and informative training session at the IIMAA Conference. Even though I was nursing an ankle injury, I was able to train and learn. You both helped me improve my grappling with your attention to detail and willingness to share hard won knowledge. I hope to attend more of your classes in the future.

Thanks and Best Wishes,
